PNGAA Sunshine Coast – Christmas lunch

 Date: Wednesday, 6 November 2024 – from 11:30 am for lunch from midday.
 Venue: Palmwoods Hotel, 28-34 Main Street, Palmwoods, Queensland. Parking is available behind the hotel or nearby. Close to the Palmwoods train station.
 Ordering & Payment: Order from the menu and/or bar and pay the hotel direct for your own food and drinks on the day. No pre-payment is required.
 RSVP: No later than Wednesday, 30 October 2024 as the hotel requires numbers a week ahead of the event so that they can ensure sufficient seating is set aside for our group. Partners and friends will be very welcome. When booking, though, please let us know how many of you will be coming – and names so that we can prepare name tags.

 It has been suggested that a list of attendees be made available on the day so we will look after that. With your permission, we would like to include your email contact details on the list so when you reply could you please indicate whether or not you are happy to share your email address with others. We will not include this information without your permission.

It is intended to be a very relaxed event with no formal speeches (just a little house keeping), an opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. While seating at tables will be provided, there will be plenty of space to mingle and chat. We’re looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
