Thanks to Roy’s assistance with resetting my password I have been able to log in. However, although I input information into my profile it does not appear to have been saved. I think the heading MY SUBSCRIPTION is misleading. MY PROFILE would be a more user-friendly label. I would like to see an optional field for birth surname/nee as I was a child in PNG and only known by my birth surname Davey.
