Your support will help PNGAA to assist Kenthurst Rotary Club in raising funds to build a dental clinic in Korogu Village, Sepik River, PNG. Funds will help to build both the facility and purchase of dental equipment. The Clinic will serve an estimated 200,000 people living along the river and inland. These people have currently no access to dental services.
Once the clinic is set up, volunteer dentists will be organised from Australia and also from other parts of the world every year through the NGO (Non Government Organization) Project Sepik.
This central NSW coast event, apart from being an opportunity to get together with friends old and new, will feature a presentation by a member of Rotary on Rotary International’s Sepik Dental Project.
Along with a lucky door prize there will be a number of exciting items which will be raffled during the event as a fundraiser. We look forward to these being well supported so that PNGAA can assist this Sepik Dental Clinic project.
Put the date in your calendar now and confirm with Suellen as soon as possible and by 20 September 2022!
Transport: Plenty of car parking available.
If people cannot attend but would like to donate, Rotary Australia Overseas Aid Fund (Managed by RAWCS) has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) registration and has been listed as a Charitable Fund and is able to accept tax deductible donations from individuals or organisations. https://donations.rawcs.com.au/49-2021-22
